Wednesday 23rd July 2025
- Optional golf
- 6:30pm Registration and welcome reception & BBQ at Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club
Thursday 24th July 2025
- 5.30am Registration & takeaway breakfast available
- 6.30am shotgun start- play in fourballs, stableford, best 2 scores out of 4 to count
- 54 holes to be played consecutively in the Hagen Route (18 holes at Prince's, Royal St. George's & Royal Cinque Ports Golf Clubs)
- On-course catering & refreshments to be manned throughout the day
- 8pm dinner & prize giving at Royal Cinque Ports
- Midnight - depart for hotels
